Derek Higham

It is with great sadness that Towcester Studio Band announce the passing of Derek Higham last week. Derek joined the band in 1949 when it reformed under the baton of William Bell after the Second World War and remained a stalwart of the Band for the next thirty years, playing both trombone and Eb Bass. Our thoughts are with his family and friends.
